Meet the founder
Mi Park
Mi is an artist, designer and stylist based in Korea, Italy and the United States. Born in Seoul, she studied ceramics at a university in Seoul. She began her career as a textile designer, honing her talents at the Brera Academy in Milan and at the prestigious Atelier in New York under the tutelage of artist Alexander Shundi.
Her artistic pursuits led her to the world of fashion. For over ten years, she has designed scarf collections for prestigious luxury brands, and her design have been featured at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. She has also managed collections and overseas production for an Italian clothing manufacturer. She founded her own women's brand, and her dress collections have been featured on fashion shows and international TV channels. In 2024, she combined her two passions, painting and fashion, and founded NA'MI: Veste d'Arte with the support of outstanding manufacturers in Como.
Her work conveys deep emotions by incorporating art and culture into wearable clothing that can be worn as works of art. All of NA'MI's products are made in Italy, where MI still lives and works today, and her products are imbued with her vision and story.
Behind the Brand
The brand name NA'MI was born from the meeting of two cultures and the power of a unique identity. In Korean, "NA" in Hangeul - the Korean alphabet - means "It's me" expressing a profound sense of presence and authenticity. "Mi", on the other hand, comes from the founder's name, merging with 'NA' to form NA'MI: a name that sounds like a personal and creative statement.
Every NA'MI creation is the expression of a soul that lives in balance between two worlds.
Mi has lived half of her life in Korea and the other half in Italy: her collections reflect this harmonious duality, a bridge between cultures, aesthetics, and traditions.

The Logo
The brand logo designed by Mi was inspired by the Taegeukgi, the national flag of South Korea. The red and blue circles represent the harmony of eum (blue) and yang (red), symbolizing the natural balance that breathes life into all things. The black trigram inside the ‘N’ symbolizes ‘heaven’, and the logo is deeply related to the spiritual meaning of the flag and the name Mi.
