RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS 

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU and Italian legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nami.gallery within 14 days. Since our creations are unique, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed to ensure the scarf returns to us safely. Please indicate your order number and the products you wish to return.

3. Eligibility Criteria and Conditions

• The products must be returned in their original condition: intact, unused, unwashed, and placed in the original Nami Gallery packaging with all tags still attached.
• As these are pure silk creations, we cannot accept returns for items that show any signs of wear or handling.

4. Shipping and Exceptions

• Return Address: Once authorized, products must be sent to: Bottega NA'MI, Piazza Luchino dal Verme 1, 27059 Zavattarello (PV), Italy.
• Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Extra-EU Returns (e.g., USA, Switzerland, UK): Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by Italian authorities for the re-entry of the goods will be borne by the customer and deducted from the final refund amount.
• Customized Items: The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order products, as these are unique pieces created specifically for you.

5. Refunds

Once we have received the scarf and verified its integrity, we will issue a refund within 14 days to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
