Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Italian legislation (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

Write to info@nami.gallery within 30 days.

Indicate the order number and the products you wish to return.

Conditions for refund:

The products must be intact, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.

The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the return

The withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order products, except in the case of defects.
